Leadership group will come together and we will utilize the THRIVE framework to build the foundation of a plan to build winning culture on your campus or with your team.

12 month program with monthly coaching calls, weekly check-ins, and the execution of the plan created in the “Build it!” phase!! Utilizing the THRIVE model, schools will fill the gaps, enhance what already works, and create a thriving winning culture on campus!
